      Pros

      Regular check-ins during the contract period. Great experience with recruiter. A very professional company. Great overall experience. Would recommend and work with DB Healthcare again.

      Cons

      Lack of a handbook or clear policies for contractors. No response when reporting sick days. Limited opportunities for growth and exploration of other opportunities.

      - Getting paperwork done was easy - Interview setup was quick - Pay was good - Support and communication was adequate

      - Benefits were not good and expensive - Contract-To-Hire did not go through - There was little communication between DB Healthcare and the client - No vacation time

      None… Well, except for all the paperwork and screening I had to go through before starting to work, but that’s to be expected in the healthcare industry.
