WORST ORG I HAVE WORKED FOR

Pros

Pay and bonus (although you will work for it) and the people.

Cons

NO WORK/LIFE balance, get ready to devote your life to DBS forget your family and friends and don't dare question the culture, promotion seemingly done on who can stay back in office the latest, business is an extended arm of head office who have no trust in Sydney office and year round over the top auditing. Processes too manual... this list could just keep going.

Pros

flexible hours (at the mercy of your boss)

Cons

Toxic environment Heavy politics Backstabbing each other and blame pushing from all levels Advocate of and often turns a blind eye to "unethical" practices as long as you can deliver. Depending on manager these practices are open secrets or even encouraged. Don't be naive to fall into it Because you will not be protected
