Staff are brilliant people, approachable and intelligent. They are also a friendly bunch and work hard to make it a pleasure to work together there. If you get the opportunity to work at DCA I recommend it.

Cons

The nature of the work at DCA is that it ebbs and flows in terms of stress. Another con is the location but that is very subjective.
