      Least stressful work environment I've ever experienced.

      - My position is fully remote/WFH. - Freedom in my schedule. - Positive and supportive teammates. -Management consistently looks for ways to make improvements in all aspects of the business.

      Cons

      The only con I've experienced is working with clients who are poor communicators or have unrealistic expectations.

      I value being able to work from home on my own schedule around my other jobs, and having many opportunities to branch out and learn new skills.

      Can be a steep learning curve for brand-new employees

      I know I'm a little behind the curve in responding to this. I just want to note that since your hire, we've made many improvements to our New Hire Orientation process. Part of the improvements was standardizing the process and documenting, augmenting with a Learning Management System to help new hires learn our technology, and more recently organization plus updating our Standard Operating Procedures library.
