Pros

NONE, honestly this company has nothing to offer in terms of growth or a stable, healthy working environment. The stupidity provides endless entertainment!

Cons

Company has no structure no core values or goals. Expected to work long hours unpaid. Business operates in a garage with old second hand furniture. Staff turnover is huge, even within management. 7 car park spots for 30 employees to share. Management is uneducated and unprofessional.

Gaslighting

Pros

Some staff are nice and could be helpful.

Cons

Owner of the company wants you too read and action The One minute Management System. Yet his own management team doesn’t have an understanding of the concepts. Staff turnover is high due too a gaslighting & bullying culture. It’s supposed a learning experience & environment but it is not. Hours you’re required too put in are more than is stated in the contract. Start work at 7 in the morning not leaving till 7 at night. No extra pay for this. Miscommunication, poor management, always bout how one member of staff is an excellent worker. Mistakes not being accountable for. Manager likes playing the blame game.

David McKenzie is a leader and innovator who has the support of a high performance team that thrive on having access to his leadership, and providing first-class customer service with superior results. All at DCFM love working in an organisation that does not just give lip service to putting customers first we actually do! This does mean being avaialble at the customers conveneinece which does not only happen between 9 am - 5 pm at such times a full team approach is required this is something that makes DCFM special and more like a family. If you would like to raise these matters to gain further insight into how things have changed and to have the above issues address please call Rosemary Lee, Business Support Consultant at DCFM to sit down for a friendly chat she will even shout you a coffee.
