Pros

The people are the absolute best part of the job. I met incredible colleagues here who I hope to stay connected with for the rest of my career. If you are looking for a place where you can log off at the end of the day and focus on your personal life, the environment accommodates that for some. The work from home/hybrid flexibility is rare.

Cons

There are no regular raises or cost-of-living adjustments. The actual "doers" who drive the daily work are severely under compensated for their output. There are too many layers of management. Roles are very stagnant. If you are looking to climb the ladder, learn new skills rapidly, or promote from within, you will likely hit a ceiling very quickly. Recent investor involvement has created a noticeable shift in the company's stability and culture. The ongoing, rolling layoffs are creating an environment of uncertainty and heavily impacting the morale of the remaining employees.

Pros

• Talented and supportive coworkers who genuinely care about doing good work • Direct manager who was trustworthy, communicative, and easy to approach

Cons

• Compensation growth was limited. Over 3.5 years, I received one 3% adjustment, with little transparency around future increases. • Career advancement discussions lacked follow-through. A promotion that had been discussed did not materialize, and communication around it was unclear. • Leadership often introduced ambitious strategic directions for the company, but execution and sustained follow-through were inconsistent. • Employee retention and morale did not appear to be a leadership priority. • Ensure you understand how PTO payout is handled upon departure.

All that Glitters-

Pros

The people that I worked with in different departments were awesome. They were the best part of the job. The health benefits were ok I guess. Oh, and a cookie once a month./s

Cons

No raises- their cost of living yearly "raise" was between .30-.60 cents. But that hasn't happened for a while. The pay difference is deplorable. If you are not management, then what they pay is not a livable wage. No communication - the higher ups could not be bothered by what was really going on. The favoritism was obvious between management and who they liked best. The training was terrible, new programs were given to us and then we were expected to use them without any support. After they lay off a group of people, then they just push the extra work back to someone who is already overloaded with work and not getting paid their worth. Rinse and Repeat.
