There is absolutely no reason I can give someone to work here. This would be the last company on earth I would join.
Cons
No job security. I was asked to resign just because my client decided to reduce staff and DCM had no projects for me. The worst part is that they gave me just 20 days, yes just 20 days until my last working day. That is what I got after maitaining an SLA score of more than 90% throughout and getting numerous client appreciations. I guess this is how the HR and the manager got their appraisal done well by getting rid of me and hence "reducing costs". This was done with a few more colleagues as well. This company has been there since 1965 and has not grown a bit with as many as 500 employees and no scope of growth. If you will try to learn new things and get yourself into more work, they wont let you do it. You will be asked to just what you have been hired to do. Right now they are struggling to get more projects. Join at your own risk. They might provide you good salary but you will regret later. A good company with growth, numerous clients and learning opportunities is far better than more salary.
