      Family owned small business Lots of room to make an impact if you're a hard worker Pays well Good people Challenging work Well functioning operation for the most part Everybody enjoys a good laugh

      Cons

      Not many here if you work your butt off, management rewards you if you take initiative. They'll also let you know if you don't. Easy to let work life balance slip Nobody is perfect, but they're aware of their faults and work to make things better
