Pros

When anyone leaves, the MD took us out for drinks, so this happened a lot You get promoted and paid on time if you pretend to be the MD's friend

Cons

Wages and commission paid late contractors and suppliers paid late Its like working in a playground MD needs to grow up and actually realise he is supposed to be running a business and not buying friendships 4 managers are a joke and none of them have any management experience Losing staff and clients all the time No direction or processes No business cards this company really does give recruitment a bad name no values and the only culture is to try and make it a "fun" atmosphere which just means people dont work when the MD isnt in... which is a lot No training No support No idea

Toxic management and blame overshadow any perks

Pros

Nothing positive to say about this business at all apart from free parking space.

Cons

One of the worst workplaces I have experienced, with the worst senior management. During my time at this company, I never had any 1-1 meetings with my line manager, despite repeatedly chasing them to try to improve things, processes, and therefore the final outcome. During my time there, I brought in the most clients to the business, yet I was the one who was blamed for not performing well and therefore “failed” probation, without any clear written and/or verbal reasons. In addition, I was accused of stealing client information and contacting them to work with them while I was unemployed. On top of that, my line manager informed my previous clients that I had left the business because I found another job. When I challenged them to correct this misinformation, they refused to do so and claimed that saying this about my dismissal was helpful for my career.
