It feels like a scam/fraudulent operation rather than a professional consultancy. Toxic Environment: The leadership team is hostile and manipulative. They have zero respect for your time, health, or personal life. Verdict: Stay away. This is a high-stress, unethical environment that will leave you burnt out and unpaid.

I worked with DCV Technologies Ltd under a contract and initially had a positive impression of the team. However, after completing my work, the company delayed salary payments for several months and only released one month of pay after continuous follow-ups. Despite repeated assurances from both HR and the finance department that payment would be made upon returning company equipment, the remaining 9 days of salary were never paid, even after more than three months. Communication from management was inconsistent and promises were not fulfilled. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and financial uncertainty. I would advise future contractors and employees to be cautious and ensure clear written payment terms before starting any engagement with this company.
