      -Great people to work with -Typical 9-5

      Cons

      -People who have little to no experience get paid more than people who have been working for years -Yearly pay increase is capped and does not equate to performance -Overworked and no compensation -Stressful environment -Little to no support from management -No work-life balance -No transparency -No room for growth in company -Extra tasks added with no compensation -Don’t seem to care about employee turnaround
