Pros
- Some nice employee perks at Bratislava, zero perks in China. - VPN sometimes works well in China. - Budget is realistic (and wasted). - Lots of free travel to pointless events for most teams.
Cons
- Almost no transparency, everyone goes behind everyone's back. - Senior management has no direction (or idea of what that means) - Impossible expectations.
