Learning curve Long hours No lunch breaks lunches were always eaten while work No work life balance often had to work past office hours Too much time spent on pointless meetings which took away from reporting/ other work which meant working on reports on your personal time/ days off Most work was handed down to entry level associates from higher up Not supportive when it came to dealing with personal matters/ mental health

Senior leadership are very inexperienced, do not have strong management skills and don’t seem to know how to run a company. Extremely low salary especially being based in downtown Toronto. Ok to start out to get some experience and move on in your career. Lack of direction and miscommunication between departments.
