They vastly underpay employees and there is lots of pressure for results that quickly burns you out. Very cliquey culture between doctors

There were a few supportive co-workers

Cons

Too much micromanaging of employees. Patients given many unnecessary diagnostics. Employees at the top tier if their profession were told that they would not see any more increase in salary and some were even summarily dismissed to save or redistribute salary costs.
