      Pros

      I do temporary work right now and it gives me a chance to get to know the people and get paid weekly.

      Cons

      Conpany has a lot of holidays off so I lose pay.

      Pros

      Engineers manage, execute and commission projects with little supervision. A virtual office environment provides tremendous freedom and flexiblity in work schedule. Advanced controls work is challenging and very interesting. It is gratifying to see one's efforts make such big improvements to process efficiency and bottom-line cost savings to our customers. Plus, the 401K plan is the best on this planet!

      Cons

      A lot of travel is required during project commissioning.
