Pros
A small, professional family-owned company. You'll learn and grow quickly and take a very hands-on approach with your work. Due to the nature of a smaller company, you'll wind up wearing a lot of hats. Everyone is generally friendly. The company overall has a hardworking and teamwork mindset to get the job done.
Cons
You'll get hired for a title but most likely will end up taking on more than you signed up for which is typically the nature for smaller, family-run companies. The family-style leadership sometimes lacked structure and was too laissez-faire. This led to issues of disorganization, lack of hierarchy, and inter-company miscommunication regarding responsibilities and roles.
