- The overall rating is boosted by foreign units because on Polish work side DFDS has a 1.5/5 rating with over 500 reviews. (you can check on your own on gowork.pl) - The senior management absolutely do not care about their employees. - Most managers wash their hands of responsibility and use recovery plans. - One in two employees is overloaded with work. - Insufficient number of people in some departments. - It's a massive blame and punish culture. - Lack of development opportunities.

*There was absolutely no work to do in the office. The managers believe watching other people work for 2 weeks consist on working. *VERY racist company where senior executive management believes dealing with racist remarks over Skype IM is appropriate, after making several incentive remarks. *The headquarters in Copenhagen is an absolute mess, the HR department literally only has one person since everyone has left (a sign that they cannot even retain their senior HR managers). *The employment contract for the traineeship is VERY vague so therefore it is open to interpretation e.g. they can reduce your salary. *HR are very condescending both local and headquarters in Copenhagen, they have very bad communication and rarely if ever reply to emails.
