      Result driven but high employee turnover

      Pros

      Highly energetic people, positive contribution to people's lives, friendly group of people. Small organization, so also flat hierarchy.

      Cons

      Not people driven company and so lack of focus on staff retention. Not enough focus on people development. Personal targets are more important than "greater good".

      Declining company trying to compensate with hire&fire methods

      Pros

      Not much left, salary ok for the region in middle of nowhere. Used to be great atmosphere company when managed by Kiwi/dutch combo.

      Cons

      Old-fashioned products which nobody wants anymore ( lactose), non sustainable, non vegan problematic cow farming. Hire and fire culture, due to shrinking dairy markets.
