Pros: Work feels like window shopping, not boring, employee discounts, gifts from the brand you take care of.

Cons

Cons: Office politics, poor management, internal conflicts, reminiscent of palace dramas. Inability to purchase duty-free items (unless departing), meaning employee discounts cannot be readily utilized and are subject to restrictions, which are frequently altered.
