Pros

There are no pros to this company. they lie to you from the start. If you google DFW scams on google you will see as well.

Cons

Rave music bumping at the front dest is not professional. neither is being upstairs of a pest control place in Quincy.

Pros

Since everyone that works there is either still in college or a recent graduate they like to go out and have a good time which can be fun. Also because it's a pyramid scheme they are very very helpful and will go out of their way for you unlike other co-workers.

Cons

While working there it was extremely discouraging that there weren't any benefits. In pervious positions I was able to receive paid vacations and paid time off but that wasn't the case here. This became even more challenging because every level is 100% commission so if I was sick or needed some time off on the weekends I might not be able to take it if I hadn't made enough money that week. This makes for a very unbalanced work/life situation.

Pros

The environment is friendly, but after a while is fake and forced.

Cons

They do not provide pay for training, so any money you hope to see with them, you will have to wait over a month during your training. The training is lackluster at best - lots of sing-songy acronyms that don't translate well to the field. It's a bad sign when the person who you go with for a day of observation during interviews isn't there anymore when you start.
