Pros
Fantastic people. Very accommodating for remote workers. Great onboarding and offboarding experience. They provide good equipment and support and make you feel like an integral part of the team and company. They also allow you to showcase your strengths while providing opportunities to grow in new areas. Team members support and encourage each other, and this stems from leadership. Can't say enough good things about DGR.
Cons
Nothing negative. Just know what the company is and their business model, they provide IT services both direct and through key partners, and these services are centered heavily around Microsoft technologies and other major players. There is a focus on both commercial and SLED clients.

Friendly staff, easy to talk to all leadership including the owner, low stress, and flexible work schedule.
Cons
Pay was on par with most managed/professional services at the time, though for the high scaled projects and workload it could be higher.
