Pros

Casual, laid-back, friendly workers in the warehouse

Cons

Poor training, slow/unsteady work flow, archaic systems. Some higher-ups air their personal and professional grievances about others in their department or other people in the company to lower level staff.

Pros

Easy going and family orientated.

Cons

They don't keep their word, they use people and no real structure. To much back stabbing and no team work.

Pros

- Work is easy to pick up and learn - Everyone I worked with was friendly, and generally great to work with - You can listen to music/books/podcasts - There is always something to do

Cons

- Management is unreliable, and rarely communicates. - Workload is either incredibly busy or very slow, rarely ever in-between. - All of the equipment is outdated, and management has no intention of updating any of it. - Company is a glass ceiling, and switching to an office position is unlikely. - Summers are very hot as there is no A/C other than the offices and restrooms. - Almost no time off; the amount of PTO to start is a joke, and they don't advise most federal holidays; GM gets to decide on a single day to take off and it's always the same day each year. - Events like the Annual Summer BBQ are mandatory to attend if you want to get paid for the day
