DHC trusts you have what it takes to get your job done and doesn't micromanage you. I love the flexible hybrid schedule and how everyone values a work/life balance. We do excellent work, but also take time to recharge when the work day is over. The staff are very friendly and easy going. It's a real melting pot of people with diverse roles and skillsets working together and supporting each other.
