I love coming to work everyday because of the team I work with. Everyone is more than willing to pull their weight, and we have fun doing it.

Cons

The range of creative projects is lacking.

Pros

Besides the managers, everyone else was great to work with.

Cons

They do not respect their coworkers. They are shady. They don't value or consider input. They like to blame others for their mistakes. They hire young people because they know they can hire for a low rate. They have a high turnover. They are greedy and don't care enough for their employees. No growth, what's so ever. I asked multiple times to try new things and be of assistance and they never wanted to teach me.

Pros

Great experience for constant shooting and editing.

Cons

Management constantly overworks you, basically a video sweat shop, managers don't understand video studio basics. They target fresh out of college people looking for hard workers, but there's little room to move up. They have a very high turn over rate for employees.
