      Pay is fine not bad

      Cons

      Unqualified leaders that fire the employees that actually know what they’re doing. It’s a boys club that few are allowed to excel in. Mostly they fire everyone or the good ones quit due to that lack of good leadership and knowledge of the product

      Low cost healthcare is the only pro I can think of

      Cons

      All about saving money, terrible to subcontractors, President gets too involved in weeds of each division and doesn't let Directors do their jobs.
