Pros

There aren’t any pros. I have never walked into such a chaotic experience.

Cons

* The CEO exhibits narcissistic tendencies. * The CEO thinks everybody cares about her non-existent client list. * The CEO takes people out of stable jobs and drops them at her will. * The CEO tells you you will do a specific job, but then when you are there you are told you are sales. * The CEO will call you out of hours and shout and scream at you and remind you of how much important she is to you. * The CEO will not pay you on time. * The CEO will micromanage you and constantly check your emails and Teams messages. * The CEO will sell a non-existent product to a client and then ignore them for the duration of the contract. Then when it is contract renewal time it is your fault they do not renew. Please do not be fooled, the “Hub” is a non-existent product with 400 people on who NEVER interact. * The CEO will tell you that you are beneath her, repeatedly and that her feelings matter more than yours. * The CEO will cry for sympathy. The previous reviews are correct. * The CEO does not care about diversity. She cares about maintaining a lifestyle so she can mingle with “people more important than you” (quote). * The CEO wants you to personally contact your LinkedIn contacts to sell to her business, but please, don’t be an SME as they’re not important (quote). * The CEO will speak to you like trash in front of clients and other employees.

Cons

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) industry is dynamic and highly influenced by political and societal shifts, which can impact business stability despite best efforts. This volatility presents both opportunities and challenges. Long-term success in this field requires a genuine passion for DEI, as those without a deep commitment may find it difficult to sustain their engagement.
