Cons
1. Management tells staff that they want a new product and sells it to clients before its even ready 2. There are hundreds of requests and not enough staff to mange all of them 3. Pay is not comparable to the amount of work that is required 4. Everyone is in a constant state of chaos with little support or relief 5. Higher management fails to listen to HR after many statements and requests by employees 6. Hires from outside the company rather than promoting from with in 7. Key projects that would have improved the companies productivity as a whole have ceased as key staff have been let go 8. Refusal to payout accrued vacation time to employees who have been let go without cause 9. HR staff have been either laid off or have had others promoted above them as they continue to speak on the employees behalf. 10. Development department is in full disarray as there is no Agile or Scrum process 11. Company is concerned more about the number of request completed regardless of the complexity of each individual task 12. During the peak of COVID employees were required to work in office while all company functions can be fully managed and operated at home. And yet higher management did not enforce nor follow safety protocol 13. The only recognition that employee's receive is negative regardless of any positive work that is generated
