      Pros

      Good people around you. Small team of people with rich experience means you have flexibility to expand into many areas without changing team.

      Cons

      Lacking long term risk mitigation strategies for supply chain for the whole company. Sometime it's challenging to adapt to somewhat unprofessional actions within the office.

      Small headcount could make instant responses as industry requires, very fast decision making, many excellent professionals, good value products/services offered.

      Cons

      Unfortunately even bad decisions are made quickly, management barely listens to professionals' and experts' advice resulting in achieving goals slower with double the effort than would be possible.
