Pros
The product is great. That being said, the CEO is an idiot and the rest of upper management have no idea how to run a company. If someone came in and did everything the exact opposite of the way things are currently being done they would become successful overnight.
Cons
High turnover, you're constantly being micromanaged, long hours, very critical of everything you do and don't offer any resources to help or solutions to fix any of the problems.
