Company is growing and expanding their product offering. Depending on the department, the environment is great

Benefits are a bit below par and company is even revoking current benefits. For example, KPIs used to be a mix of company targets and individual targets with a potential of more than 100% achievement. Now it solely depends on company target and capped at 100% Way below average salaries causing good employees to leave. The problem? They rarely replace leaving employees and other colleagues have to take the load. Burnout is common
