      You are in contact with very smart people Coworkers are nice to work with Very interesting Engineering challenges 1h a week of personal development

      Unbearable hours Micromanaged in every stage of your day No matter how hard you work; it is never enough incredible low pay if you want to work normal hours want more money? work until 2am then. Zero work live balance There is minimum time for professional growth. Repetitive tasks 90% of your day Everything is for NOW! everything is urgent. Management expects you to work until late for same money. No overtime. People quit every 3 month.
