      Pros

      If you’re looking to work on the weekend it’s the perfect side gig.

      Cons

      Pay is sub par, $150/C-Team $200/B-Team, $250/A-Team. Turnover rate is high. Can’t work for another company. Have to sign a non-compete. Mileage is paid after you drive 80 miles.

      Its cool if you just wanna see if you like Djing.

      Cons

      - very disorganized and inconsistent -most events are far away with little notice - long hours even though the main pitch is that it's not -odd system for actually having the possibilty of it benefitting you
