- Very nice and friendly people to work with - Learning opportunity since the company was in a transformation - Nice treats in the kitchen - Pretty nice company events such as summar party
Cons
- Career path is blurry and the company does not really care about your growth until you ask for it - The feedback for promotion interview is not clear and pretty subjective - When they reject you, they do not show you ways to improve one way or another. Not constructive at all.
