Pros

The health insurance is great.

Cons

The management runs things based on whatever they feel like. The turn the women in the office into their personal servants. There is no growth potential because nobody makes it there past a year or two.

Pros

Coworkers seem very nice. The office space is located in a beautiful Platinum LEED certified building that has a lovely terraced garden area with a large zen style water feature that the occupants can enjoy on breaks.

Cons

Unclear expectations, zero tolerance for misunderstandings, no computer provided i had to use my own technology. Poor press on this company's business activity, search Google for DLC Minneapolis.

Pros

I've worked for DLC/Sovereign for nearly a year. Russ, the CEO of the new Sovereign brand is actually very helpful and a good coach. There have been a lot of learning opportunities as I transitioned from the financial industry.

Cons

The hours can get long (sometimes until 6/7PM) if there are pressing issues. That said, I have always gotten approved requests for time off if needed. Also, there is some travel involved in my position.
