Pros
Great manager and friendly colleagues. Met people friends for life here. Good location - easy to get to and close to amenities.
Cons
No progression or flexibility with working hours. The pay isn’t great and no company benefits. No parking on site have to park in near by streets.

Company car, pension, mostly friendly staff
Cons
Stressful, basic statutory holidays, bare minimum statutory sick pay, managers need to be trained in how to manage other people, no flexibility to work remotely, outdated company. Do not trust their staff to work independently.
