      Pros

      None. They tell you of a false opportunity that does not exist. There are no pros under this terrible leadership.

      Cons

      The relationships within the office are disgusting at best. How many hookups can there possibly be? Babies? There is little to no respect and is based on favorites. Forget actually being promoted. Also forget your life at the door, sick--who cares? Family emergency--it doesn't matter, you're still expected to put in your 12 hour days.

      Pros

      Not really any at all. I meet some great people that are no longer with the company. There are also some beautiful "business babies" now from inter office/company relationships.

      Cons

      Too many to list. No benefits, no vacation, managed poorly, bro-atmosphere, to advance you have to be "the chosen one" or recklessly party, no moral compass for company, and you work 60-70 hrs a week or you are penalized (not sure how that's legal) I would never recommend this business to anybody.
