Pros
Flexible working arrangements are quite good and holiday allowances. Starts at 25 days for new starters and can go up to 32 days. Lower management and officers are very supportive with great cross department working and information sharing.
Cons
Culture of bullying and micromanagement from councillors and senior managers is unfortunately getting worse. Repeated restructuring and mass redundancies has left vast knowledge and management gaps.
