      Pros

      -pay is competitive, medical/dental benefits are good (employer premiums paid for), LTD and STD benefits -small organization so you are able to get quick responses

      Cons

      -lacks culture and team cohesion. Seems like all teams are siloed to their own departments -a lot of politics and hidden agendas with senior leadership -high turnover without transparent communication to follow -lacks competitive benefits that are offered by other competitors, the benefits here are very standard. For example, does not have summer fridays, volunteer days, etc. -office environment is stale
