Pros

You will be expose to big construction projects in the Philippines and sometimes overseas. You can learn a lot of things in construction in just a short period of time.

Cons

If you are assign on site, you will have sleepless nights because there will be time wherein the construction is on-going 24 hours so as an engineer it is your responsible to ensure that the construction of the structure goes well.

Pros

- Adequate vacation leaves and sick leaves - Friendly co-workers - Company events and teambuilding activities - Great for fresh graduates looking for training - Grocery basket every Christmas season - Has holiday pay and follows PH holidays - Has own gym

Cons

- Not good if you're after money, since compensation and benefits package are below average. It feels that you are underpaid when you take into account the stress involved in your work. - It is very frustrating to work with different departments due to slow processes and they tend to finger point whenever there are issues - Too much politics - Processes are very old-fashioned, they still use more papers (memos on papers, printed docs) instead of electronic correspondence and documentation (chats, emails, files on cloud). - Office is located at Bangkal, which looks cheap and is very dangerous since there are many robbers around this place. - Most managers seem inexperienced in their tasks, very questionable why they were promoted.
