      There are none. The company is a scam

      There are none. The “CEO” and owner talk a big game but will never pay you for anything. You use your time, your resources, your expertise to put money in his pocket. He is actually just a recruiter himself who works for other companies as an independent contractor. He will tell you he is still rebuilding his company and he has a plan to pay you once candidates are placed and more revenue comes in. The reality is that you do all the work, he gets the placement fees and never pays you a dime. He is a complete scam artist. Run and run fast

      Pros

      Finally! A company that's realistic with their expectations and REALLY promotes work / life balance. If you are getting your work done, management is pretty hands off. Collaborating new ideas is strongly encourage and valued. Really like the open communication line with the CEO & the Director of the company. Both are very personable and passionate individuals that take the time to listen and explain anything you need clarification on.They provide all the tools you need to be successful as well as there are expert level individuals on the team to help. (having over 10+ years of experience in this industry) Massive Opportunity here.

      Technical/social media appearance is outdated or lacking. The company's online reputation appears amateur-like in the industry / lacking creditably. Multiple locations, and expansion can make team communication across cities difficult. (Lacking engagement with one another)
