Awesome people and a great work week. Who gets to work in restaurants and only work Monday-Friday?? No one. It's a really supportive community of people who want to make the restaurant world better.

Cons

As a growing company, the overall structure of the company is growing as well. This can be frustrating at times, but it worth it to see how we are creating together.

I thought that DMK was a good balance of "feeling like a family" and maintaining a level of professionalism. I've been at restaurants that feel overly corporate, as well as places with a lot of micromanagement. I think DMK avoids both of these issues.

Cons

The pay wasn't bad, but like everywhere I wish it could have been higher
