Pros
Great staff doing their best under stressful and understaffed conditions. The only reason they get two stars is because of their incredible group of artist around me, and the friendly staff.
Cons
Communication is horrible throughout the entire company. The most crucial steps in production are bottle-necked because of poor management (the two owners) decisions. The owners have complete lack of consideration for employees, and is at times quite the hostile workplaces. This screen-printing company that doesn't value it's any of it's employees especially the artist/designers. The office is small and always feels on edge because of the loud obnoxious owner throwing tantrums over his bottom line. Thank god we can wear headphones, but even they cant mask the horrible way he speaks to people.
