- Better place for Work - Flexible work hours - Opportunity to learn new things - Management is very friendly, open to support you.

Cons

- Politics and Grouping - Biasness for some resources (Those are in company for many years even if the contribution is nothing. Even their relative joining the same company and getting good exposure also), giving them good profile, good hike and even providing them paid training. - Increment / Hike is just ok
