Pros

Free lunch of Fridays, standard schedule, incentives.

Cons

There was a clear divide when it came to the treatment of hourly vs. salaried workers. On one side of the office there were regular parties, events, and access to the office's keg. Hourly workers were left out of all of these pros and held to stricter standards and cycled out depending on performance standards regarding the already morally grey sales tactics.

Pros

Free lunch, coffee and a nice office view.

Cons

I am honestly waiting for the day that this company goes out of business, no way it is going to last long leeching off of the government. DMi's business model can best be described as scummy. While I was a sales rep they encouraged us to look for opportunities to glean money from government programs intended for good, such as education, free cells phones and medical equipment. It was disgusting. Additionally, the manager does not know how to positively, professionally or effectively manage a team. Leaving this job was a blessing. I highly recommend not working here or doing business with this company.
