Managers and employees constantly gossip about poor pay and bad management and management styles. Very few managers have experience except working at the company. No out-side experience. No room for advancement in the company, unless your related to a current Manager/Director/VP A lot of people don't know what they are doing and make it up at the very moment in the Wakefield/Grand Prairie/ El Cajon offices. If you work anywhere except Wakefield, you'll never be considered for advancement.
