Supportive culture with approachable leadership and growth opportunities

I've been working at DNA Growth for almost 3 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The work environment is friendly, supportive, and collaborative. The best part of the company is the leadership. Our Director, Akshay Jain, is one of the most humble and down-to-earth leaders I've worked with. He is approachable, values every employee, and always encourages learning and growth. The HR team is also very supportive and ensures employees feel comfortable from day one. The culture feels more like a family than just a workplace, making it a place where people genuinely enjoy working.
Cons
I haven't come across any major issues during my time here. Like any growing company, there are always opportunities to improve processes, but overall, it has been a great place to work.
