DNA Recruit is an excellent workplace, providing a supportive and collaborative atmosphere with numerous opportunities for career advancement. The management team is committed to employee development, and the company's innovative approach ensures that the work remains engaging and dynamic. Though the industry's fast pace can be demanding, the rewards and recognition are well worth it. Highly recommended for anyone looking to excel in the recruitment industry.

Pros

Ability to work from home

Cons

Micro Management. Poor Commision Package. Over inflated desk costs ($13k+ monthly) Paranoid management/leaders. Absolutely vile treatment of overseas staff (paid £50 per placement and no paid holiday) Dishonesty. Poor hiring decisions. Zero accountability from management. Favoritism and bias towards certain staff members, who are not accountable to the same targets as the rest of the business. CEO Ali Wallace has complete authority on incoming business whilst being supported by four dedicated resourcer's, If he wants a role he takes it.

DNA Recruit Response

Thank you for your feedback. As one of the Directors, I can agree with a couple of these points and so let me take this chance to respond.: Firstly, poor hiring decisions – we definitely made some and as we know, hiring is never an exact science. Secondly, poor commission package (if you don’t make any sales!) Our commission package is considered to be one of the highest in the industry at 30% but this is based on consultants hitting target. If a consultant constantly bills zero month on month whilst still receiving a salary, then there won’t be any commission as they are costing the company money. It’s basic maths. In response to other comments; We currently work alongside three self-employed overseas resourcers who are very happy with their remuneration. Micro-management - let’s not confuse this with leadership. A fully remote consultant needs to be accountable for their time and performance and similarly, we are accountable for supporting them in achieving their goals. Favouritism – Employers will always like people that bring a positive work ethic to the business. Ali Wallace – Ali leads a world-class team, working alongside the three, not four, aforementioned high-performing resourcers.
