Flexible work hours, but leadership is a disaster

Pros

The low level Czech culture is fine. Very flexible working hours / remote work. Money is somewhat good.

Cons

Leadership is a catastrophe. This goes all the way from the board to low level management. Very legacy software that it's hard to even keep running. Very non-transparent communication from management. They hired a CTO that was looking promising, but then he got fired a year later for unspecified reasons - most likely c-level politics.
