Pros
The company gets involved in very complex, high profile litigation matters that keep the work interesting and challenging. The people are creative, hard-working and great at what they do. The NYC office is high tech and wide open with space to spread out in lounges or conference rooms. There are many office perks - snacks, beer, espresso machine, ping pong table, etc. Everyone seems to enjoy what they do and working with each other.
Cons
The work is very demanding and hard to manage because litigation is unpredictable and client demands come out of nowhere. You have to enjoy a high-pressure environment and have a nothing-but-the-best-will-do attitude.
