      To many people are in charge of your job and position. Nothing happens that is said will happen. Unless you are a long time employee.

      I don't see any.. Very small company and collapsing the teams and firing people.

      Cons

      There are too many to be honest. Indian team is just a laborer for them. They doesn't care at all.
